A brief description of these products is as follows:-

>>Bushing Metal Parts: These are found on High Voltage Side i.e. HV Bushings and on Low Voltage Side i.e. LV Bushings. They are available in various standards like IS 3347, DIN 42530-42531-42532, BS 2562. The ratings of Bushing Metal Parts are as follows:-

Class : 1 kV, 3 kV, 12 kV, 24kV, 36 kV

Rated Current : 250 A, 630 A, 1000 A, 2000 A, 3150 A

>>Fabricated Busbars: Fabricated busbar in electrical power distribution are thick strips of copper or aluminium which conducts electricity within a switchboard, distribution board, substation, or other electrical apparatus. The strips may be exposed or enclosed.

The size of the busbar is important in determining the maximum amount of current that can be safely carried. Raw material used is ETP Grade Copper i.e. Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper.

>>Jumpers & Connectors: Flexible jumpers are an excellent and cost effective interconnection for applications requiring flexibility. Copper laminated flexible jumpers are manufactured by stacking high conductivity, electrolytic grade copper foils and then pressure welded. The process is designed in such a way that it enhances the current carrying capacity with almost nil, mill ivolt drop across the connector. Copper jumpers carry the same current as that of Busbars as they have a constant cross section over the whole length giving a nil milivolt drop. So these kind of jumpers are ideal substitutes for solid busbars. Applications of these jumpers are wide, catering to the many industries like Power Plants, Transformers switchgear's, electricity boards, chemical plants, locomotives, etc.

>>Rollers: Transformer Wheel/Rollers are made from high quality Cast Iron. The size of the roller depends upon the transformer load.

 

>>Tie Rods: A tie rod is a slender structural unit used as a tie and (in most applications) capable of carrying tensile loads only. Tie rods are often used in steel structures, such as bridges, industrial buildings, tanks, towers, and cranes.

>>OLTC Parts: On Load Tap Changer is used to regulate the output Voltage of the transformer by changing the Tap Positions to select the desired winding ratio.
